OVERNIGHT. HEAVIEST SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE SOUTH
AND WEST OF A LINE FROM DEVILS LAKE TO VALLEY CITY TO FERGUS
FALLS WHERE GENERALLY 2 TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW...WITH LOCALIZED 5
INCH AMOUNTS...IS LIKELY. IN ADDITION...SOUTHEAST WINDS GUSTING UP
TO 30 MPH MAY CAUSE VISIBILITY TO BE REDUCED TO AS LITTLE AS ONE
