DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS FROM 25 TO 35 BELOW ARE EXPECTED THIS
MORNING ACROSS ALL OF EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND ADJACENT PORTIONS
OF WESTERN MINNESOTA. NORTHERLY WINDS WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE THIS
AFTERNOON ALONG WITH PLENTIFUL SUNSHINE...ALTHOUGH IT WILL REMAIN
COLD TODAY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

ANOTHER ROUND OF DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS MAY DEVELOP TUESDAY NIGHT

* WIND CHILL VALUES...NORTH WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH WILL CREATE WIND
  CHILLS OF 25 BELOW TO 35 BELOW ZERO.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND WINDS WILL
COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN FROST
BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.  IF
