THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA...WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

A RED FLAG WARNING IS IN EFFECT TODAY UNTIL 7 PM CDT ALL OF
EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA...THE RED RIVER VALLEY AND ADJACENT
NORTHWESTERN MINNESOTA. THE RED FLAG WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR DRY
FUELS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES AND GUSTY SOUTHEAST WINDS. EXPECT
SOUTHEAST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH AND RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES TO FALL TO 10 TO 20 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON. THE
COMBINATION WILL MAKE FOR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY
