THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA...WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

A BAND OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL DROP A QUICK 1 TO 2 INCHES
OF ACCUMULATION FROM COOPERSTOWN TO FARGO TO THE MINNESOTA LAKES
COUNTRY. THE BAND WILL TAPER OFF SHORTLY AFTER SUNRISE...BUT COULD
MAKE ROADS SLICK FOR A WHILE THIS MORNING.

MORE SIGNIFICANT SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA
FROM ELBOW LAKE UP TOWARDS WADENA. SNOW WILL DEVELOP LATER THIS
MORNING AS LOW PRESSURE STRENGTHENS OVER SOUTH DAKOTA AND MOVES
INTO SOUTHERN MINNESOTA. THERE WILL BE A SHARP CUT OFF FROM
ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES AND VERY LITTLE SNOW. THE SNOW WILL
CONTINUE FOR MUCH OF THE DAY BEFORE TAPERING OFF THIS EVENING.

NORTHERN RED RIVER AND ITS TRIBUTARIES. REFER TO THE LATEST FLOOD
