HAZARDOUS WINDS CHILLS TO 30 BELOW ZERO CAN BE EXPECTED MAINLY
NORTH OF INTERSTATE 94.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

THE HAZARDOUS WIND CHILLS WILL CONTINUE INTO SATURDAY MORNING.
SNOW IS EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO WESTERN PARTS OF THE REGION BY LATE
SATURDAY AFTERNOON. SNOW WILL SPREAD FROM WEST TO EAST SATURDAY
NIGHT AND DIMINISH DURING THE DAY SUNDAY. AT THIS TIME IT LOOKS
LIKE 3 OR MORE INCHES ARE POSSIBLE SOUTH AND WEST OF A LINE FROM
LANGDON TO GRAND FORKS AND PARK RAPIDS. SOUTHEAST WINDS 15 TO 30
MPH MAY BRING LIMITED VISIBILITY IN FALLING SNOW.

WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND REDUCED VISIBILITY...WHICH IS IN
EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO NOON CST SUNDAY.

* TIMING...EXPECT SNOW TO DEVELOP AROUND 6 PM AND THEN DIMINISH
  AROUND NOON SUNDAY.

* PRECIPITATION RATES...THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL RATES WILL OCCUR
  BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 6 AM SUNDAY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES
  ARE EXPECTED.

* WINDS / VISIBILITIES...WINDS GUSTING TO 30 MPH WILL CAUSE PATCHY
