THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA...WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

A BLIZZARD WARNING IS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM SUNDAY TO 6 AM MONDAY.
COOLER AIR WILL MOVE INTO THE AREA LATE THIS MORNING. NORTHWEST
WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE...ESPECIALLY WHEN THE COOLER AIR
ARRIVES. WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED. PERIODS OF LIGHT
SNOW COMBINED WITH THE WIND WILL PRODUCE LOW
VISIBILITIES...ESPECIALLY IN RURAL AREAS. NOT MUCH SNOW IS
EXPECTED WITH THIS SYSTEM...GENERALLY ONE OR TWO INCHES. WINDS
WILL SETTLE DOWN LATER THIS EVENING.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND FORKS HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS TRAVEL...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL
6 AM CST MONDAY. THE BLIZZARD WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

* TIMING...EXPECT SNOW TO CONTINUE INTO TONIGHT.

* PRECIPITATION RATES...THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL RATES WILL OCCUR
  BETWEEN NOW AND 8 PM SUNDAY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS... AROUND AN INCH.

* WINDS / VISIBILITIES...WINDS GUSTING AS HIGH AS 45 MPH WILL
  CAUSE AREAS LOWER VISIBILITY TO A HALF MILE OR LESS WITH SNOW
  SHOWERS.

* IMPACTS...PLAN ON SLIPPERY ROAD CONDITIONS.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.
