THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF WESTERN AND
NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE TONIGHT OVER WESTERN NEBRASKA. THE
STORMS SHOULD DEVELOP ALONG A STALLED OUT FRONTAL BOUNDARY FROM
OGALLALA TO AINSWORTH AND THEN MOVE SLOWLY TO THE EAST OVERNIGHT.
ANY STORMS THAT DEVELOP WILL REMAIN BELOW SEVERE LIMITS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE TUESDAY AND TUESDAY EVENING
EAST OF A NORTH PLATTE THROUGH AINSWORTH LINE. DRY CONDITIONS ARE
FORECAST WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY WITH A HIGH FIRE DANGER EXPECTED
ACROSS THE WESTERN SANDHILLS. FIRE WEATHER CONCERN TO CONTINUE
INTO FRIDAY ALONG WITH A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AS A WEAK COLD
FRONT BEGINS TO APPROACH THE REGION.

THEIR WAY ACROSS SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA. AT THEIR CURRENT MOVEMENT AND
ASSUMING THEY CAN REMAIN INTACT IN THE MEANTIME...THE STORMS
SHOULD REACH NORTH PLATTE NEAR 2 AM CDT AND BROKEN BOW ABOUT 3 AM
CDT. MEANWHILE...AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED ALONG WITH
GUSTY WIND AND SMALL HAIL OF LESS THAN HALF AN INCH IN DIAMETER IN
THE AREA ALONG AND SOUTH OF NEBRASKA HIGHWAY 2.
