THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF WESTERN AND
NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

THERE IS A SMALL CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS TONIGHT AS A WEAK
DISTURBANCE CROSSES THE REGION. NO SEVERE STORMS ARE EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE SATURDAY AND
SATURDAY NIGHT. ALTHOUGH A FEW STORMS MAY BECOME STRONG SATURDAY
AFTERNOON AND EVENING...THE THREAT FOR SEVERE STORMS IS VERY LOW.

A COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO PASS THROUGH THE AREA SUNDAY.
ALTHOUGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE SOMEWHAT COOLER BEHIND THE
FRONT...MUCH DRIER AIR IS ALSO EXPECTED BEHIND THE FRONT. THIS
WILL CAUSE RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES TO DROP INTO THE 15 TO 20
PERCENT RANGE ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA AND THE
PANHANDLE INTO THE WESTERN SANDHILLS. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN
THE 15 TO 20 MPH RANGE AS WELL...WITH HIGHER GUSTS POSSIBLE.
THEREFORE A HIGH FIRE DANGER IS EXPECTED BY SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL AGAIN BE POSSIBLE LABOR DAY THROUGH
TUESDAY.
