MORNING...BRINGING ACCUMULATING SNOW TO THE FORECAST AREA. AN
ARCIIC COLD FRONT WILL SLIDE SOUTH ACROSS THE REGION TODAY...
BRINGING BITTERLY COLD AIR FOR EARLY THIS WEEK. AN UPPER LEVEL
SYSTEM WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON INTO MONDAY
MORNING...BRINGING SNOW. SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES ARE
FORECAST FOR MUCH OF THE AREA BY LATE MONDAY MORNING...ESPECIALLY
FROM NORTHEAST WYOMING...THROUGH THE BLACK HILLS AREA...AND ACROSS
SOUTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA. PATCHY BLOWING SNOW IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE
