NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 35 MPH...WITH GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 MPH WILL
CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING. THE COMBINATION OF STRONG
WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL CONTINUE CRITICAL FIRE
WEATHER CONDITIONS INTO THE EVENING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

THE GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER INDEX WILL BE IN THE VERY HIGH TO

SOUTH DAKOTA AND NORTHEAST WYOMING LATE THIS AFTERNOON. RELATIVE
HUMIDITY VALUES ARE GENERALLY AROUND 20 PERCENT...AND WILL SLOWLY
BEGIN TO RECOVER IN THE NEXT COUPLE HOURS. DRIER AIR MOVING IN
FROM THE WEST WILL HAMPER RH RECOVERY SOMEWHAT DURING THE
OVERNIGHT...BUT MOST LOCATIONS SHOULD STILL RISE TO NEAR 40
