THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST
IOWA...SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA...EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND
SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

LIGHT SNOW WILL LINGER INTO THE MID MORNING HOURS OF WEDNESDAY. AN
ADDITIONAL DUSTING TO 1 INCH OF SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE. STRONG
NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP AFTER DAYBREAK...GUSTING AS
HIGH AS 35 MPH AT TIMES. THESE STRONG WINDS...WHEN COMBINED WITH
NEWLY FALLEN SNOW...MAY LEAD TO BLOWING SNOW AND REDUCED
VISIBILITIES. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL PERSIST THIS MORNING...AND
VISIBILITIES MAY BE REDUCED TO A MILE OR LESS AT
TIMES...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN AREAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED...HOWEVER SNOWFALL REPORTS
