SOUTH DAKOTA AND SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

A FEW THUNDERSTORMS MAY DEVELOP CLOSE TO SIOUX FALLS IN THE MID
AND LATE AFTERNOON. SEVERE WEATHER CHANCES MAY STAY OFF TO THE
SOUTH AND EAST. HOWEVER...GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL BECOME
WESTERLY THIS AFTERNOON...AVERAGING 20 TO 35 MPH BEFORE
DIMINISHING BY MID AFTERNOON. THEREFORE THE GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER
INDEX WILL REACH THE VERY HIGH CATEGORY. DEBRIS BURNING IS NOT
RECOMMENDED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

THE GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER INDEX COULD REACH THE EXTREME CATEGORY

* WEATHER CONDITIONS...SOUTHERLY WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS
  TO 50 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED.

A WIND ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN SUSTAINED WINDS ARE FORECAST TO BE
31 TO 39 MPH OR GUSTS WILL RANGE BETWEEN 46 AND 57 MPH.  WINDS OF
