332 AM CST MON JAN 26 2015

...BRIEF PERIOD OF HEAVY SNOW THIS MORNING...

.A 2 TO 4 HOUR PERIOD OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW IS EXPECTED THIS
MORNING...PARTICULARLY DURING RUSH HOUR. THIS SNOW WILL
ACCUMULATE QUICKLY ON AREA ROADWAYS AND CAUSE TRAVEL TO BECOME
DIFFICULT. WHILE TOTAL SNOW AMOUNTS WILL NOT BE VERY HIGH AT A
HALF INCH TO TWO INCHES...THE MAIN STORY IS THE IMPACT THE QUICK
SNOW BURST IS EXPECTED TO HAVE ON DRIVING CONDITIONS. AS THE SNOW
COMES TO AN END...A PERIOD OF FREEZING DRIZZLE IS POSSIBLE AS WELL
BUT IMPACTS FROM IT MAY NOT BE AS HIGH IF THE SNOW FALLS FIRST AND
ROADS ARE TREATED. THE PRECIPITATION SHOULD PUSH OFF TO THE EAST
AND DIMINISH AROUND NOON.
