THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF WESTERN
NEBRASKA...EAST CENTRAL WYOMING AND SOUTHEAST WYOMING.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

DRY AND WINDY CONDITIONS WILL PRODUCE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS MAINLY THIS AFTERNOON WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR VERY
RAPID FIRE SPREAD. A RED FLAG WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR LOWER
ELEVATIONS EAST OF THE LARAMIE RANGE...INCLUDING THE WESTERN
NEBRASKA PANHANDLE.

ISOLATED WEAK THUNDERSTORMS MAY DEVELOP OVER THE HIGH PLAINS
DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. LOCALLY STRONG WIND
GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 50 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS ACTIVITY. A
FEW SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE OVERNIGHT.

.NEAR RECORD TEMPERATURES AND DRY CONDITIONS ARE YIELDING VERY LOW
HUMIDITY VALUES ACROSS SOUTHEAST WYOMING AND THE WESTERN NEBRASKA
PANHANDLE THIS AFTERNOON. THIS COMBINED WITH DRY FUELS AND STRONG
WIND GUSTS BETWEEN 30 AND 50 MPH WILL CONTINUE TO PROMOTE
SIGNIFICANT FIRE GROWTH POTENTIAL.

* WIND...WEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS BETWEEN 40 AND 50 MPH. THE
  STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE IN SOUTHEAST WYOMING.

* HUMIDITY...10 TO 15 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT STARTS WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
