...DENSE FOG FROM THE SOUTH LARAMIE RANGE TO CHEYENNE THROUGH LATE
THIS MORNING...

.VERY LOW VISIBILITIES IN DENSE FOG WILL BE FOUND OVER PORTIONS
OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING THROUGH LATE THIS MORNING. THIS INCLUDES
INTERSTATE 80 FROM THE SUMMIT TO CHEYENNE.  VISIBILITIES WILL
SLOWLY IMPROVE BY MID MORNING. MOTORISTS DRIVING ALONG INTERSTATE
80 FROM CHEYENNE TO LARAMIE ARE URGED TO SLOW DOWN AND USE THEIR
LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS IN THE DENSE FOG.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHEYENNE HAS ISSUED A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM MDT THIS MORNING.

* TIMING...DENSE FOG WILL REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH MUCH OF THE
  MORNING BEFORE DISSIPATING.

* VISIBILITY...LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE...AND AS LOW AS A FEW
  HUNDRED FEET AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...VERY LOW VISIBILITIES WILL PRODUCE POOR TRAVEL
  CONDITIONS. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE THEIR LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS AND
  REDUCE SPEEDS WHEN ENCOUNTERING LOW VISIBILITIES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

DENSE FOG WILL CONTINUE FOR THE INTERSTATE 80 CORRIDOR FROM THE
NEBRASKA STATE LINE TO THE INTERSTATE 80 SUMMIT BETWEEN CHEYENNE
AND LARAMIE THIS MORNING. DENSE FOG ADVISORIES ARE IN EFFECT
THROUGH 10 AM THIS MORNING FOR CENTRAL LARAMIE COUNTY...THE SOUTH
LARAMIE RANGE AND EASTERN FOOTHILLS FOR VISIBILITIES UNDER A
QUARTER MILE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

THERE IS A CHANCE FOR AFTERNOON AND EVENING THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH
THE WEEK. BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL MAY OCCUR
WITH THE STRONGER STORMS.

A SECONDARY LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE THROUGH NORTHERN
COLORADO OVER THE WEEKEND. THIS SYSTEM MAY BE COLD ENOUGH TO
PRODUCE SNOW FOR SOME LOCATIONS ALONG AND WEST OF THE LARAMIE
RANGE. SIGNIFICANT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE SATURDAY
NIGHT AND SUNDAY.
