  As for snow in Topeka on Thanksgiving, 0.3" of snow fell on November 28th, 1985.  There has been 1" or more snow on the ground on Thanksgiving at Topeka only twice since 1970.  The Thanksgiving Day snow depth was 1 inch on November 24th, 1983, and a whopping 8" on November 27th, 1975. 

 
Snowfall statistics at Concordia are unfortunately few and far between.  From available records, snow has fallen at Concordia on Thanksgiving 4 of the past 38 years.  The greatest amount of snow fell on November 25th, 1993 totaling 0.1" of snow.
