EVENING...

* TIMING...SNOW WILL DECREASE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON...ENDING BY
  LATE THIS AFTERNOON.

* ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 5 TO 8 INCHES.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...VISIBILITY WILL DROP TO A MILE AND A
  HALF OR LESS IN FALLING SNOW. NORTHERLY WINDS AVERAGING 20 TO
  30 MPH WILL GUSTS TO 35 MPH AT TIMES...CAUSING DRIFTING SNOW.
  WINDS WILL BEGIN TO DECREASE SLOWLY BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW MEANS SEVERE WINTER WEATHER
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING.  SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF
SNOW ARE FORECAST THAT WILL MAKE TRAVEL DANGEROUS. ONLY TRAVEL IN
AN EMERGENCY. IF YOU MUST TRAVEL...KEEP AN EXTRA FLASHLIGHT...
FOOD...AND WATER IN YOUR VEHICLE IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY.

AFTERNOON...BEFORE ENDING BY EARLY EVENING. ADDITIONAL
ACCUMULATION WILL BE A HALF AN INCH OR LESS. WINDS OF 15 TO 30
MPH FROM THE NORTH WILL RESULT IN BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WHEN
SNOW IS FALLING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

WIND CHILL VALUES WILL FALL TO AN AVERAGE OF 10 BELOW TO 20
DEGREES BELOW ZERO EARLY MONDAY.
