427 AM CDT THU AUG 21 2014

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST
WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THERE IS A RISK OF BOTH FLOODING AND SEVERE WEATHER ACROSS
PORTIONS OF THE AREA TODAY AND TONIGHT.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY AT TIMES TODAY AND TONIGHT. SOME OF THE
STORMS COULD PRODUCE TORRENTIAL RAIN...POSSIBLY RESULTING IN SOME
FLOODING. THE GREATEST RISK OF FLOODING IS ACROSS CENTRAL AND
EAST-CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

THUNDERSTORMS WITH DAMAGING WINDS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE LATE THIS
AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING...GENERALLY SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 29 WHICH
RUNS FROM WAUSAU TO SHAWANO TO GREEN BAY TO KEWAUNEE. LARGE HAIL
IS ALSO POSSIBLE.

A LARGE COMPLEX OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE OUT OF MINNESOTA AND
ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN WISCONSIN THIS MORNING. THESE STORMS
ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE SEVERE...BUT COULD PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL.
A SECOND ROUND OF STORMS IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE AREA DURING THE
LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS. THE RISK OF SEVERE WEATHER WITH
THE SECOND ROUND OF STORMS WILL DEPEND ON HOW QUICKLY THE MORNING
STORMS CLEAR THE AREA. IF A SUBSTANTIAL BREAK OCCURS BETWEEN THE 2
ROUNDS OF STORMS...THE SECOND BATCH OF STORMS WILL HAVE AN
INCREASED RISK OF PRODUCING SEVERE WEATHER. IF THE FIRST ROUND OF
STORMS LINGERS INTO THE AFTERNOON...THEN THE RISK OF SEVERE
WEATHER WITH THE SECOND ROUND OF STORMS WILL BE MUCH LOWER.

PATCHY DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING AND AGAIN LATE TONIGHT COULD
PRODUCE LOCALLY HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE AT TIMES AGAIN THIS WEEKEND
THROUGH THE EARLY OR MIDDLE PART OF NEXT WEEK. CONDITIONS WILL
AGAIN BE FAVORABLE FOR HEAVY RAINS WITH SOME OF THE STORMS. THE
RISK OF SEVERE WEATHER IS MUCH MORE DIFFICULT TO ASSESS THIS FAR
IN ADVANCE.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION MAY BE NECESSARY LATE THIS AFTERNOON OR THIS
EVENING. IN ADDITION...ANY FLOODING OR MEASURED RAINFALLS OVER AN
INCH SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GREEN
BAY.
