TEMPERATURES TO WILL DROP BELOW FREEZING THE NEXT FEW HOURS...AS
COLDER AIR MOVES BACK INTO THE REGION. THIS WILL CAUSE WET
SURFACES TO FREEZE OVER. ALSO...RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SNOW WITH A
COATING OF AN INCH OR TWO EXPECTED OVERNIGHT ESPECIALLY SOUTH OF
A LINE FROM SCRANTON TO MONTICELLO. EXERCISE CAUTION TRAVELING AS
