ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT THIS MORNING.

* LOCATIONS...NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA AND SULLIVAN COUNTY NEW YORK.

* HAZARDS...AREAS OF DENSE FOG WITH NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY AT TIMES.

* TIMING...FOG LIFTING BY 9 AM.

* IMPACTS...EXTREMELY POOR VISIBILITY DUE TO THICK FOG WILL
  SEVERELY IMPACT DRIVING CONDITIONS IN MANY AREAS. BE ESPECIALLY
  CAREFUL IF TRAVELING ALONG THE HIGH SPEED INTERSTATES THAT CROSS
  THROUGH THE NORTHERN POCONO MOUNTAINS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

SUBSTANTIALLY REDUCE VISIBILITIES...RESULTING IN HAZARDOUS
DRIVING CONDITIONS OVER MOST OF THE ADVISORY AREA. MOTORISTS ARE
ADVISED TO SLOW DOWN...USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS OR FOG LIGHTS...
