* Forecast...The river will fall below the 17.0 foot flood stage
  around  5 AM Thursday July  2.
* At 19.5 feet...Flooding expands into more farm land in the Decatur
  area. Flood waters approach Piqua Road...US 224...Ohio State Route
  49 and Indiana 101 just north of Pleasant Mills.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 19.6 feet which occurred
  on May 26 2011.

* until Monday afternoon.
* At 9 PM Tuesday the stage was 14.6 feet and rising.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise to a crest near 14.7 feet around  2
  PM Wednesday July  1 and fall below flood stage around  4 PM Sunday
  July  5.
* At 14.0 feet...Significant flooding occurs on DeKalb County Road 42
  about 3 miles northeast of Newville. Considerable agricultural and
  low land flooding occurs along the St. Joseph River to the
  Cedarville Reservoir.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.6 feet which occurred
  on May 30 2011.

* AT 1223 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OF 2 TO 4 INCHES IN SOME SPOTS FROM REPEATED
THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE ADVISORY AREA. CALLS TO LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT
HAVE REVEALED A FEW MINOR PROBLEMS HOWEVER MORE RAIN COULD LEAD TO
ROAD CLOSURES IN FLOOD PRONE AREAS THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO 1 INCH ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
ADVISORY AREA OVER THE NEXT HOUR OR TWO.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

HEAVY RAINS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS STORM MAY PRODUCE PONDING OF WATER
ON ROADWAYS. MOTORISTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO SLOW DOWN AND USE EXTRA
CAUTION WHILE TRAVELING.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON

DISCUSSION: A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE SOUTH AND EAST OF THE REGION
TONIGHT WITH THUNDERSTORMS ENDING. FLOODING WILL CONTINUE ACROSS
THE AREA FROM RECENT EXCESSIVE RAINFALL. FOR INFORMATION ON RIVER

OUTLOOK: RIVER FLOODING WILL CONTINUE ALONG MANY AREA RIVERS.
THERE WILL BE CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS MOST OF CENTRAL
INDIANA THROUGH MONDAY. WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT
EXPECTED...HOWEVER LIGHTNING AND HEAVY RAINFALL ARE THREATS FROM
ANY THUNDERSTORM.

DISCUSSION: SIGNIFICANT RIVER FLOODING WILL CONTINUE ALONG MANY
