SEAS OF 5 FEET OR GREATER OVER THE COASTAL WATERS ARE EXPECTED TO
PRODUCE HAZARDOUS BOATING CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS...SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
