THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO ONE
TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN THE LAST 3 HOURS.
NUMEROUS ROADS HAVE ALREADY FLOODED IN AND NEAR GOLDSBORO... WITH
RAIN CONTINUING ACROSS THE WARNING AREA. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF ONE
TO TWO INCHES IS POSSIBLE.
