SNOW WILL OCCUR TONIGHT AND THEN GRADUALLY TRANSITION TO PURE
LAKE EFFECT SNOW BY WEDNESDAY EVENING ACROSS THE SNOWBELT OF
NORTHEAST OHIO AND NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA. ARCTIC AIR WILL SPREAD
ACROSS LAKE ERIE AND SET THE STAGE FOR THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW. THE
LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL SHIFT UP THE LAKE SHORE BY THURSDAY NIGHT.
REINFORCING ARCTIC AIR WILL ARRIVE IN TIME FOR THE WEEKEND AND
