.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SNOW OR SLEET THIS MORNING...MAINLY
ALONG THE TENNESSEE BORDER.

SNOW FLURRIES WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS EVENING ACROSS THE BLUEGRASS AND
AREAS ALONG AND NORTH OF THE MOUNTAIN PARKWAY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BRING THE CHANCE FOR A RAIN AND SNOW MIX
BEGINNING LATE FRIDAY NIGHT AND CONTINUING INTO SATURDAY MORNING...
BEFORE CHANGING TO ALL RAIN. THE RAIN MAY MIX WITH A LITTLE SNOW
AGAIN BEFORE ENDING SATURDAY NIGHT. LITTLE IF ANY SNOWFALL
ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED.

ANOTHER SYSTEM WILL IMPACT EASTERN KENTUCKY SUNDAY NIGHT AND
MONDAY...BRINGING A CHANCE OF SNOW TO THE AREA.

ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM MAY BEGIN TO IMPACT EASTERN KENTUCKY ON
TUESDAY...LASTING THROUGH MIDWEEK. THIS SYSTEM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO
BRING RAIN...STRONG WINDS...AND SOME SNOW TO THE REGION IN TIME FOR
THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY.

SOUTHERN APPALACHIANS TUESDAY NIGHT AND CHRISTMAS DAY. THE
RAIN WILL LIKELY CHANGE TO SNOW TUESDAY NIGHT ACROSS MUCH OF THE
AREA AS COLD AIR MOVES INTO THE SOUTHERN APPALACHIANS. SNOW SHOWERS
ARE EXPECTED CHRISTMAS DAY WITH ACCUMULATIONS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE
HIGHER ELEVATIONS.

MOVES OFF TO THE NORTHEAST. HOWEVER...ANY CHANGE IN THE EXPECTED
