Graphical depiction of the weather story for today.

Snow will be shifting east and ending through the overnight hours as the winter storm system pushes out of the region. Any additional accumulations will be light, generally less than an inch. The winds will continue to cause some drifting of the newly fallen snow in open and unsheltered areas, which could result in slick road conditions in some areas. After the snow ends, quieter but colder weather will return for Wednesday and Thursday.
