Rain will affect the area through the morning. Then, clearing is expected from west to east and some sunshine in the afternoon. The highest rain chances will be from southern Minnesota, northern Iowa and central and southern Wisconsin. Rain amounts in the higher coverage area will be from 0.25" to 0.5". Clear skies tonight could promote frost by Tuesday morning in central and northern Wisconsin. Drier and more seasonable weather will build across the region for Tuesday through Thursday.
