Graphical depiction of the weather story for today.

Today will feel like a rude awakening in comparison to the warm temperatures we have had recently. Highs today will only reach the low to mid 40s under cloudy skies. Conditions will also be windy today leading to wind chills in the upper 20s this morning and into the low to mid 30s by the noon hour. Winds will subside later this evening with lows tonight falling back into the upper teens to lower 20s. We continue to keep an eye on a potential winter storm for this weekend however, models have yet to provide much of a consensus. At this time it appears that precipitation will begin as rain on Saturday before changing over to snow Saturday night and continuing into Sunday. Stay tuned!
