A somewhat grey and showery kind of day is on tap for most folks in the Min-Dak region today. Strongest storms are expected across eastern South Dakota and southern Minnesota but sprinkles, showers and even an isolated thunderstorm or two should affect the southern two-thirds of the Red River Basin throughout the day. It looks like a mix bag of weather for the Labor Day Weekend. At this point we expect Friday and Sunday to be the wetter days, while Saturday and Monday should be driest. Time will tell.
