An upper level disturbance will track across the Southern Rockies during the day on Saturday, and emerge on the Plains of Western Kansas and Eastern Colorado Saturday night. This will set the stage for a chance of snow showers and flurries during the day Saturday, with the best chance for snow showers overnight Saturday. High temperatures will range from the mid-20s to low 30s on Saturday, with variable winds of 5-15 mph. The first day of March then looks to come in like a lamb, with mostly clear to partly cloudy skies on Sunday. High temperatures will remain well below normal to start the month of March, with most locations on Sunday 10 to 20 degrees below normal.
